There are a number of arcades soley devoted to selling computers and accessories. If you are buying a computer, make sure that the keyboard is in English and not English with Cantonese symbols. Ask to see it before you buy. The best retailers are found in Star House in Tsim Sha Tsui near the Star Ferry, Windsor House in Causeway Bay, and Whampoa Gardens in Hung Hom, Kowloon.
